			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) is running two-day training and development programmes for senior staff in the prison service. They aim to support strategic development in areas associated with the use of technology, and to enhance the leadership skills needed to devise and implement a technology strategy for offender learning. Participants most likely to benefit from this service are heads of learning and skills and other senior staff whose work involves learning and skills: regime, security, employment and industry, chaplaincy and probation.</p>
