They aim to support strategic development in areas associated with the use of technology, and to enhance the leadership skills needed to devise and implement a technology strategy for offender learning. Participants most likely to benefit from this service are heads of learning and skills and other senior staff whose work involves learning and skills: regime, security, employment and industry, chaplaincy and probation.
